Finding the leaving basic variable

In order to find the leaving basic variable, our task is to find the maximum value of θ, where all of the constraints of the arc are satisfied. When the flows are decreased, this boundary is the non-negativity constraint, but when the flows are increased, the capacity constraint has to be considered in accordance with the relevant boundary condition. For example, the following inequality system will occur (equation 171).
