Business Management

Starting up, Growth, Development

Business foundation and further development processes

As Michael Gerber writes, in the beginning entrepreneurs do everything themselves. Over time, this becomes unsustainable and they are forced to organize the process. One of the important areas of management and organization is BPR-based (business process reengineering) process reorganization. Most businesses practice this subconsciously in that common sense helps them to organize tasks. For example, if raw material is needed for product development, enough should be purchased for the following project to save time and costs. Following the same logic, if someone deals with a customer, it is better for that same person to deal with the same customer on the next occasion he/she purchases a product/service rather than someone else who is not familiar with the customer.
