The issue concerns authors and editors (proofreaders) as well as reviewers.1 When creating a manuscript, the author himself is also faced with the problem of bibliographic quotation, source designation and reference systems. In the case of a particular journal or publisher, the rules are also given, in the absence of which it is necessary to follow some kind of bibliographic method, even without deciding on the place of publication. The situation may be easier in the case of sciences where there is a consolidated system. (Hungarian legal science is very eclectic in this regard, with the form changing from publisher to publisher).

language.2 The form of the reference, i.e. the indication of the printed or electronic source ensures the retrieval and verification of the information provided by the author.3 At stake at the same time is the author’s credibility and the avoidance of plagiarism (for example, due to failed or incorrect source indication).
