Legal sources should be cited according to the rules of Act CXXX of 2010 on Legislation; and Decree 61/2019. (XII.14.) IRM, based on the hierarchy of legal sources (international legal acts, EU legal acts, domestic legal acts, internal legal acts of foreign states). Historical legal acts should be at the top of the list (also hierarchically). In the case of historical Hungarian legal acts (meaning they are not in force), the legal numbers are in Arabic numerals. Within each hierarchical element (law, decree), the laws, etc., follow each other by year (the oldest is first). The constitutional legal sources precede ordinary laws. A separate List of Cases and List of Abbreviations is expected at the beginning of the volume. However, in order to facilitate the work, each author collects the legal sources he or she uses separately. Please mark personal names, organisational names, concepts and expressions intended for the index mentioned in the main text (footnotes) in a different color (not black).
