It was not easy to decide how to handle the names
of the characters, as both movies kept the original names with two
types of exceptions, each unique to one of the movies/directions of
translation.

In the
English movie, there were two character names that carried a pun,
but which was not coming from a nickname. As the translators attempted
to convey the wordplay in most cases, these names have been included
in the list.

In the
Hungarian language, the family name comes first followed by the given
name(s). As this phenomenon must have been considered less known in
the TC, the HU2EN translator decided to switch the order of the first
name and the surname in the full Hungarian names. The practice in
these cases (borrowing with modification) belongs to strong foreignisation,
as well as the practice applied in fictional character names EN2HU,
the difference shown in numbers due to the different numbers of occurrences
would not carry relevant information, therefore we decided not to
include them in the list.
