Innovation and excellence

Management methods for innovation transformation

Empowerment, encouraging proactivity

The company's role model programme can serve as a good example for other organisations. Similar to KVP suggestions, this system involves formulating ideas about how company employees can be role models. Managers and subordinates can also formulate simple, everyday things that make employees' days better, such as picking someone up at the bus stop, following someone's day, or sitting in on a meeting. These things typically do not cost money, but they play an important role in building trust and loyalty to the company, so it is worthwhile for company management to support and encourage these types of initiatives.
In this context, it is also worth mentioning the topic of diversity and inclusion, because the company has created a position specifically responsible for this area in the last year. The specialist's task is to help employees of different genders and ethnicities integrate and be accepted within the company. Management has recognised that it is important for them to be able to express themselves freely and participate in the company's work as equal partners. Due to their different perspectives and sensitivity to different issues, employees who are different from the majority also play an important role in stimulating innovation and devising new solutions.
