Innovation and excellence

Management methods for innovation transformation

Conditions for product scalability

If a company enters the market with new products, e.g. spray drones, it must have medium and long-term sales plans. Detailed manufacturing documentation for each component of the product must be properly documented, because it is also necessary to be prepared for how to meet demand if the market requires more than a few hundred units. This cannot be achieved with the current capacities of a medium-sized domestic company, so contract manufacturers, possibly Chinese companies, must be involved, which requires detailed specifications and a catalogue of requirements.
It can be a great help to an SME manager in planning and subsequent implementation if they can consult with large-company developers and designers among their acquaintances and friends and discuss their plans with them. It is also important to be familiar with the payment and remuneration systems of international companies, as there is competition for the acquisition of developers, one part of which is salary, and the other part is the task itself and the working environment, as well as the opportunities that an SME can offer.
The right design can significantly contribute to the success of a product's sales, and a well-designed product can be sold at a higher price. Even a simple hospital stand can be more attractive and functional if industrial designers are involved in its creation. All of this is essential in brand development, without which a business cannot really be understood, as it would have no way to differentiate itself in the market other than through price.
