Management Consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe

Consultancy in a Global Context

Carrying out Different Exercises

Their first task was to obtain the keys for the building. With the authorization of the camp leaders, the receptionist gave the keys to the kids, so Peti and his partner, Orsi went to approximate the amount of work they would need to complete to clean the building. Peti and Orsi agreed that while the former checked the amount of trash to be collected and how much organizing would have to be done, the latter would decide how much cleaning needed to be completed. Peti was happy to conclude that the two boys in the team could gather the trash and could move the furniture just fine. Moving furniture was necessary to clean behind the pieces as well. Orsi believed that the most problematic task was to get rid of dust. It would not have proved enough to just sweep and mop the floors of the building, the furniture all needed to be thoroughly cleaned, similarly the doors and window frames. Cleaning the windows necessitated specific cleaning agents, and tools for mopping and ladders were also noted as necessities. As soon as they were done and joined the others at the class, they used their freshly obtained knowledge to create the project plan for the cleaning, including the costs and timing.
