We have previously talked about the importance of establishing a good personal relationship between the consultant and the client. However, consultancy firms do not only work with consultants but also with other work assistants. Their personal relationship with their external partners is crucial to the success of the relationship. We need to motivate our employees to pay attention to the clients and their habits. If successful, a true client-oriented organization and company will be created.
