Our research has shown that economics and law often examine the same issues. The role of the economic structure in the area of sustainability is of primary importance.1

It is a well-known fact that if we consider the human population (the multitude of people), i.e. humanity, as a natural factor, when compared to natural factors such as animals, plants, transient life forms,2 weather, the quality of agricultural land, or biodiversity, then humanity will always have (or at least theoretically can have) the greatest impact on changes on the Earth, which is also true in absolute terms, or at least seems to be true based on current historical experiences. In this way, sustainability is usually described and interpreted as a paradigm shift. Some parts of this change in perspective are known and understood, but many aspects of it are yet to be fully comprehended.3

Biotaxonomically, neither animal, plant, fungus, nor coloured algae are known, i.e. heterotrophic, animal-like (but not animal) unicellular organisms. These include, with an old name, the so-called animal (type) organisms (protozoons/amoebae): for example, the spirostomum ambiguum or the stentor coeurelus.
