No one can dispute the significance of the English language, since it is the most widely spoken language in the world. Modern English is the standard language in a wide variety of domains, such as computer coding, international commerce, and higher education. It is therefore regarded as the lingua franca of the globe. Approximately a third of the world’s population, or around two billion people, reportedly communicate using English. British Received Pronunciation (RP), which has historically been characterized as the standard English spoken in London and southeastern England, is one of several accents of standard language used across the English-speaking world. American English, often known as United States English or U.S. English, is the group of English accents that are native to the United States and are commonly spoken in Canada. In addition to Australian, Canadian, Indian, Philippine, and Ugandan English.

As one can indeed note English and Arabic differ in many respects and a major variation is pronunciation and the sound system as a whole. In the following section, a summary will be provided of several related texts from scholarly literature that investigated as well as analyzed both Arabic sound system and Arabic dialects and a comparison between British English RP and Arabic MSA phonologies will be introduced.
